From there it progressed with some initial designs on my computer, and when that failed the township, I hired an architect and got through it. What’s amazing is that they were there every step of the way encouraging and guiding me (not pushing me) letting me know they’d be there when I got the plans through. They performed all the new architectural requirements to a tee. Never had a problem with any inspections. And the township had some pretty stiff requirements… soil tests, 42” deep footings, bracing, and tie down strapping.
